Raines did a great job on repairing water damaged wood under my second floor window in 2 locations. He took the time to show us the material that the previous contractor used to repair the same area about 4 years ago. He showed us what he was replacing it with, which is what the previous contractor was supposed to have used. Needless to say, I will never use the previous contractor again. Raines price was comparable to the previous contractor, but was reasonable. They were on time, in fact, a little early which was not an issue for me. Good communication on getting the job set up. Raines will be my go to from now on.

Raines Painting and Wood Rot Repair Specialist did a phenomenal job repairing the floor damage/wood rot near my kitchen door. They are repairing and painting my front porch rails and shutters next. I finally found a company to address all my home repair needs. Thanks guys!

Raines wood rot repair restored the bathroom in my 60 year old house, which was very challenging at times. I would recommend this company and give them 5 stars! Mr Raines is very patient, creative and displays multifaceted skills. I am extremely pleased with the repairs.

We’re so happy with the work that our interior painter did for two of our rooms last summer. One of the awesome things about working with this company is how easy it is to book their services and they literally do everything so they can complete a few jobs at once.
